This policy covers all paid readings, compatibility reports, energetic insights, and subscription services purchased directly on www.aquaflow.one. Purchases made through third-party stores (e.g., the App Store) must follow that platform’s refund rules.

2. Nature of Digital Goods

  • Reports are generated instantly and cannot be returned once delivered.
  • If fulfillment has not started (no charts or content created), you may request a full refund.
  • Value-added advisor sessions follow the separate agreement between you and the consultant.

3. Eligible Situations

  • Requests filed within 24 hours of payment before any content is produced.
  • Technical failures that prevent delivery, reported within three business days.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors verified by our team.

4. How to Request

  1. Email your order ID, registered email, and refund reason to support@aquaflow.one.
  2. We will acknowledge the request within three business days and advise if additional documentation is required.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days; posting times depend on your bank or payment processor.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Reports, charts, audio, video, or downloads already delivered.
  • Change-of-mind requests, expectation gaps, or incomplete client information.
  • Abuse of the refund program, chargeback fraud, or excessive submissions.

6. Partial Refunds & Adjustments

When a bundle includes multiple deliverables, refundable amounts are prorated:

  • Completed milestones are deducted from the package price.
  • Complimentary items or discounts revert to their original value before calculating any refund.
  • If delays or non-delivery are on us, we may offer credits, expedited service, or fee waivers.

7. Disputes & Assistance

If you have already filed a chargeback, please inform us so we can coordinate with the payment provider. We may request supporting documents or transaction proofs. When email escalation fails, disputes are handled by the competent court or consumer authority in your jurisdiction.
